Library

Our church library has many resources available to you at no cost.  It is stocked with reading material,christian movies, audio tapes and bible study series.  The library is open during regular church hours and a check in check out policy is implemented.   We encourage you to utilize these free resources to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ.  It is located at the front of the adult Sunday School hallway.

Radio Ministry

You can hear "Momments of Inspiration" with Northsides Pastor, Dr. Jerry Pickard on WMVG 1450 A.M /102.3 The Fan  at 11:20 a.m weekdays.  This is a local radio station that we have partnered with to put Gods word on the airwaves of our community.  You can listen to WMVG online by clicking the image to the left.

Food Pantry

Northside Baptist supplies a small food pantry that is used for local community needs.  The food is supplied by our Sunday School classes and is distributed to many in the community.  We have been able to meet and reach members of our community each and every week of the year.  Most importantly, the gospel is shared each time a bag of food goes out.  Jesus told us that He is the Bread of Life.  Our goal is to give out grocery items in order to direct people towards the Bread that gives eternal life and the Water that quenches thirst forever.  If you would like to support the food pantry please get in touch with a staff person or call the church office.

Nursing Home Ministry

The Nursing Home Ministry is a great opportunity to share the love of Christ with the residents of Green Acres and Chaplinewood Nursing Homes.  Every third Tuesday of the Month, several of the members of Northside go to these two places and lead the residents in a time of worship.  We sing several hymns followed by a few solos.  We then have a short message from God's Word, and we close with Amazing Grace.  It is a wonderful time to plug into ministry and all are welcomed to join us.  The times for these services are 2pm at Chaplinewood and 3pm at Green Acres.
